  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process the refund.
  • No cash refunds are provided since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
