- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Provide your order details and clear images of the defect or damage.
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process the refund.
- No cash refunds are provided since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
